FAQ

What is Counselling?

Counselling is the process in which one person helps another through purposeful conversation. This takes place between the counsellor and you, the client. You will explore personal problems and identify solutions.

Anyone can self refer to Flexible Therapy, with counselling taking place face to face, online, over the phone or even outside 'Walk and Talk'. We also have a limited number of sessions available for couples counselling.

Here is a short, easy to watch video that explains a bit more about counselling.
